Delivery Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 1 October 2026 · Read together with the Terms of Service.

The short version. VERIDIAN DPDP is online software. Nothing physical is shipped and there are no delivery charges.

1. What you receive

Access to the Service at veridian-aios.com: a sign-in for you and for the people your organisation invites, and the editions and features agreed in writing.

2. When

We set up access and send the sign-in details to the email address on your order, normally within one working day after we have your order or payment confirmation. For a larger set-up we tell you the expected date in the proposal.

3. Charges

There is no shipping or delivery charge. The only amounts are the fees agreed in writing (see Pricing).

4. If access does not arrive

Write to dpdp@veridian-aios.com with the subject "Access", with your organisation name and order or invoice number. We will fix it or tell you what is holding it up.
