Your free DPDP AI assistant
It does the routine work. You stay in charge.
It reads your jobs, answers your questions and drafts the updates. You confirm what counts.
You sign in with your email. We send you a link. There is no password.
How you get it
- Sign in with your email.
- In the app, open your AI work link and press Copy link. You choose how long it lasts, 1, 7 or 30 days. The same link comes in your Monday email.
- Paste it into your own AI assistant.
- Say what you want. For example, "What is late, and who should I chase?"
What it can do
- Read your jobs and answer your questions about them.
- Explain a job in plain English, with the law behind it.
- Write a status note or a reminder for you to send.
- Draft an update, such as marking a job done. You confirm it on your own page before anything changes.
- If you switch it on when you make the link, make small changes straight away. These are a note, a due date, who a job is given to, or not applicable. Each can be undone for 24 hours.
What it cannot do
- It cannot send email or messages for you.
- A chat that just reads web pages cannot save changes. It will say so and tell you what to do by hand.
- It cannot decide for you. Anything with legal weight is a draft that you confirm.
- It cannot sign in for you, and it cannot see another organisation's data.
- It is not legal advice. For a legal question, ask your CA or a lawyer.
What it costs
We charge nothing for the AI work link. We run no AI for it.
Your own AI account, and what it costs to use, is between you and that provider.
You stay in charge
- The AI can read your jobs, and the names or emails of the people on them. Give the link to an AI you trust, and to nobody else. You can hide other people's emails when you make it.
- The link expires on its own, and you can switch it off at any time.
- Every change is written to your history, with a note that an AI assistant made it.

What VERIDIAN (VERy INDIAN) is
dpdp.veridian-aios.com is Indian software for running DPDP compliance, purpose-built for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025, for CA, CS, audit and legal firms, their clients, and companies, institutions, schools and NGOs.

It is not a law firm, does not certify (no DPDP certification exists in India), does not guarantee compliance, and never stores documents.
