Who we are

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Shobha Kamal Solutions Private Limited, the company that runs VERIDIAN DPDP. "You" means the person who accepts these terms.

Joining

Anyone with a VERIDIAN sign-in can join. It is free.

You join by accepting these terms in the app and by giving us your payout details. We record the version you accepted and when.

When both are done, you are an active partner. Until then, your status is "applied" and a sign-up through your code does not count.

You are an independent partner. You are not our employee, agent or representative. You cannot sign anything for us or promise anything for us. You may work with others too.

What you may say

• You may say what VERIDIAN is and does, in the words of our public pages.
• You may share your personal link.
• Tell the truth. Do not say that VERIDIAN gives legal advice, certifies anyone as compliant, or promises that nobody will be fined.
• Do not invent prices, discounts, offers or results. Send people to our public pages for what is true.
• Do not say that you speak for us.

What you must not do

• No spam. Do not send messages in bulk to people who did not ask for them, by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• Do not sign up through your own code, or through the code of anyone acting for you, to earn a commission on yourself.
• Do not create fake sign-ups or fake organisations.
• Do not collect personal data about the people you refer on our behalf.
• Do not pay to advertise using our name or brand.

How commission is earned

• You earn 20% of each yearly payment from an organisation you referred, including every yearly renewal, for as long as that organisation stays a client.
• If an organisation pays by the month, you earn 5% of its first confirmed monthly payment. Nothing is earned on later months.
• A commission exists after we have seen the money and confirmed the payment by hand. We do not create a commission before that.
• The percentage is taken on the amount we confirm.
• You earn nothing on an organisation you own or belong to.
• A sign-up counts while your status is active. If your status is paused or ended when a payment is confirmed, no commission is created for that payment.
• If a payment is refunded or reversed before we pay the commission on it, we cancel that commission.

When and how you are paid

• A commission becomes payable 30 days after we confirm the client's payment.
• We pay once a month, on the 10th, for everything that became payable before the end of the month before. If the 10th is not a working day, we pay on the next working day.
• If your balance is under Rs 500, it carries forward to the next month.
• We pay by UPI or bank transfer, to the details you gave us. Keep them correct. We do not pay to details you did not give us.
• You get an email when we pay, with the reference number of the payment.

Tax

Tax (TDS) is deducted where the law requires it and shown on your statement.

Your statement shows gross, TDS and net for every commission.

You are responsible for your own tax on what you earn. We do not give tax advice.

Your statement and your data

• We email you a statement on the 11th of each month. You can also download any month in the app.
• We keep your payout details to pay you and for no other use. We show them to you masked. We never put them in an email or in a link.
• We show you counts of the organisations you referred. We never show you their names or any of their personal data.

How long this lasts, and ending it

• These terms start when you become an active partner and continue until one of us ends them.
• You can end them at any time. Write to us with the subject "Partner".
• We can pause or end them at any time. If you break these terms, we can do it at once and hold back the commission linked to the breach.
• If we pause or end them, you earn no commission on payments we confirm after that date.
• While your partnership is paused, we hold your payouts. When it ends, a commission that already exists is still paid, on the dates above.

Changes

We may change these terms and the payout terms. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect.

We may ask you to accept the new version in the app. If you do not agree, you can end the partnership before the change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we disagree, write to us first. We will try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. After that, the dispute clause in our Terms of Service applies.
